Trilobatin is extracted from the leaves of Lithocarpus litseifolius (Hance) Chun (Sweet-tea).It’s a low calorific sweetener .
Trilobatin has a pure and fresh taste without any unpleasant sense, it can be used as sugar substitute and flavor modifier.
